Objective: Use tools and best practices to develop and implement a community assessment.
Identifying the changing needs and priorities of a community, establishing program goals and objectives, and mobilizing other community resources are just a few strong reasons to complete a community assessment. During the session, presenters discuss how to complete an assessment, analyze the results, and use the data to inform program decisions and evaluate outcomes. Included will be an overview of tools and where to find already existing data.
