Patrick Strickland, Senior Technical Advisor for Community Services, Tribal Training & Technical Assistance, Lux Consulting Group, Inc. — Mr. Strickland is a Tribal management professional with a successful track record in policy development and project management for the last eighteen years with the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. He is a valued grassroots leader and peer consultant with extensive experience managing and supporting Office of Community Services programs, including Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Community Service Block Grant Program (CSBG), Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP), as well as programs funded by the Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Native American Programs. Mr. Strickland now serves as a Senior Technical Advisory for Community Services for the Lux Tribal TTA Team.
