The purpose of the CSBG Annual Tribal Network Meeting is to connect Tribal Grant Administrators, Tribal representatives, and national partners and allies and facilitate the sharing of priorities and best practices.
This year’s theme, Advancing Equity, serves as the backdrop for discussion about how Tribes use CSBG funds to tailor core services that meet the unique needs of low-income Tribal families and individuals.
The CSBG Tribal Roundtable is an especially important part of the meeting as it provides an open forum for Tribal grant recipients to share feedback and discuss items of interest directly with OCS leadership. Tribal Leaders are warmly invited to join their CSBG administrators for the session.
By the end of the meeting, participants will be able to:
– Use a proven process to develop Tribal partnerships with other organizations.
– Use tools and best practices to develop and implement a community assessment.
– Stay current on important benchmarks in the CSBG Program Cycle using the CSBG Program Readiness Model.
